Do you have a passion for helping children grow in their faith and building strong connections with families?

Bowral Church of Christ is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Kids Ministry Coordinator to lead and support our children’s ministry. Working closely with church leadership and volunteers, you’ll help create a safe, welcoming, and Christ-centred environment where children feel known, valued, and encouraged in their faith.

About the Role

You will:

• Lead and support our Kids Church volunteer team.
• Coordinate lessons, rosters, resources, and ministry planning.
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families.
• Organise children’s events and participation in Family Services.
• Provide vision and leadership for the ongoing growth of the ministry.

About You

You are:

• A committed Christian with a heart for children’s discipleship.
• Experienced in children’s ministry, church programs, or Christian camps.
• Organised and proactive
• Passionate about creating a fun, engaging, and faith-filled environment for children.
• Willing to become an active member of Bowral Church of Christ if not already attending.

Requirements

• Current Working With Children Check.
• Safe Church Training (or willingness to complete).
• Experience working with children in a Christian ministry setting.
