A small church in the heart of the Southern Highlands of NSW seeks a pastor to join us for a country adventure (4-5 days per week negotiable) starting early 2025.

Bowral is one of the premium destinations in NSW and well known for its fresh country air, wide open spaces and great coffee and it’s only an hour away from Liverpool, Goulburn, Wollongong and the beach

Bowral Church of Christ is a small multigenerational country church founded over 80 years ago through a tent mission. Our congregation is made up of young families, singles and the more mature. We are a lively bunch, who love to welcome and share the journey with each other. We love our family centric church and Sundays are a lot of fun. We are not perfect but we strive to walk closely with God and believe in growing together in love and life.

You’ll be blessed by our warm church family as our leadership team is authentic, genuine and very supportive and will gather around you as we partner up for a wonderful adventure. We have one service on a Sunday for everyone, along with a thriving kids church and Sundays are full of singing and laughter.

We have a deep desire to build connections with people in our local community and to make a difference in their lives and in the lives of people across the world. Our outreach programs start on the streets of Bowral and cross the globe to as far afield as India where we have a long standing mission relationship. But this is just the start, and we need your help to expand our kingdom reach with the love of christ.

We are currently experiencing a new harvest and believe Bowral Church of Christ has entered a ‘spiritual springtime’ that has seen our kids church grow, with new families being added to our numbers. We intentionally seek to increase our sense of connection as families and draw others into community. Currently we have a great group of children who we would love to develop into a youth group and, most importantly, to support in building deep, authentic relationships with God.
